500 Word Game Reviews – Elder Sign: Omens

This month’s game was SUPPOSED to be Realms of the Haunting, but the 1996 DOS game turned out to be too spooky for me! Couldn’t even make it past the first few rooms, didn’t even run into any enemies, it just freaked me out too much from the get go. 😮

So while I get settled into playing some tame city builder instead, here’s an old review which I haven’t posted here yet. Horror-themed board game conversions, I can just about handle. 😛

500 Word Game Reviews: Zafehouse – Diaries

Halloween may still be over a week away, but try telling that to the zombie horde that’s rapidly gathering outside your home… 😛

As with many other newer games I’ve reviewed here, screenshots feature small text designed to be read at much higher resolutions than this blog format allows (I might get around to updating it one day!) – in the meantime, opening images in a new tab and deleting the ?w=450 part of the url will let you see them in full-size.
